Staff are trained to promote the rights and wishes of the service users at all times.

Given that many of our service users have complex needs, we provide a high staff-to-client ratio to make sure they are able to have full access to the life they want and deserve.

Holistic support

We recognise that the service users may need help in managing a variety of different aspects of their day-to-day lives. For example, support with communication, accessing the community, leisure activities, keeping in touch with family and managing personal finances. We aim to make sure the service users feel fully involved in their own support, and as a result are happy and fulfilled.

Faiths and Cultures

The service users have varying faiths and cultures. We will always respect an individual’s chosen beliefs. We will ensure that their place of residence will be one where they can uphold these without restriction.
